I have found her very supportive this week due to water ingress into my apartment. She was on it right away and liaised with contractors, who were fantastic by the way, and neighbouring properties to progress matters. She sounds so friendly and upbeat on the phone and understands the anxiety that comes with such issues and made sure that i was kept updated which was very much appreciated"
